About Earthquake in Japan
The designated operator of Japan, Japan Post Co., Ltd, has informed that the delivery of all types of inbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) is being delayed in the following areas, owing to damage caused by the earthquake that struck the Hokuriku region on 1 January 2024:

There is no impact on international traffic and exchange office operations, including customs clearance. Japan Post is accepting all inbound mails as usual.
