Awareness EMSEVT data transmission issue
The designated postal operator of the the United Kingdom, Royal Mail, has informed of an IT issue affecting EMSEVT scanning data for a significant volume of import parcels and packets.
Due to a recent internal system change on 11th Aug, some tracking events are not reaching to origin postal operators or IPC/UPU systems, although they are appearing on Royal Mail’s Track & Trace.
Royal Mail IT suppliers are investigating the root cause.
