Bulgarian Post – failures due to IT hacking attack

Bulgarian Post reported that from April 16, 2022 there are problems with IT due to cyber attacks. As a result, all IT systems do not work (Internet, International Postal System, telephones, etc).

Bulgaria’s IT department and external experts are working to resolve the situation.

Bulgarian Post would like to thank all for their understanding.

Update on 20.06.2022: Bulgarian Post reported that IT issues have been resolved as of 16.06.2022 and all systems will work again. In the coming weeks, all international shipments currently in Bulgaria must be cleared by customs and delivered. Thank you for understanding.
