Force majeure in Canada due to wildfires: return to normal 

The designated operator of Canada, Canada Post, has informed that the situation has improved in both British Columbia and the Northwest Territories; however, some areas of the Northwest Territories will remain under a state of emergency until 2 October 2023.

As of 22 September 2023, all mail operations have returned to normal at the affected sites.
