Force majeure in Hong Kong and Macao due to a typhoon

UPD Hongkong Post has informed that the extreme weather conditions across Hong Kong have now ceased and postal operations resumed as normal with effect from 12 September 2023

The postal operator of Hong Kong and Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau have informed about delays in the processing and conveyance of all inward, outward and local mail, as well as call center operations due to Typhoon “Saola”, in connection with which a force majeure has been declared from 1 to 7 September in the entire territory of Hong Kong and from 1 to 2 September in the entire territory of Macau.
