Update 09.02.2024

The designated operator of France, La Poste, has informed that the difficulties experienced from 23 January to 3 February 2024, in relation to the farmers’ movement, have now been resolved.

La Poste thanks all partners and customers for their understanding.

______

The designated operator of France, La Poste, wishes to inform that, as of 23 January 2024 and owing to the expansion of the French farmers’ movement throughout the country (including at borders), the majority of motorways, strategic sections of the secondary road network and access to major cities are subject to disruption.

As a result, La Poste is experiencing difficulties with regard to the receipt of international shipments, as well as the transportation, collection and delivery of all mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items). Delays are therefore to be expected in the processing of mail.

La Poste thanks all partners and customers for their understanding, and will provide updates on the situation.
