Important information about delivery to the United States in December 2021

Ukrposhta continues its charter program in partnership with Windrose Airlines, sending cargo planes to the United States twice a week without transshipment.

However, due to high demand for delivery to the USA through Ukrposhta, significant volumes of postal items are arriving every day.

Therefore, Ukrposhta is forced to also use international passenger flights with transshipment at transit airports, which are currently already overloaded, so delivery times for these postal items in December are expected to be longer than usual.

Only EMS items and small packets marked “Express” will be shipped on Windrose Airlines direct flights, so Ukrposhta recommends using these formats of postal items.

At the beginning of 2022, when the overload decreases, Ukrposhta plans to resume usual delivery times.
