Important: Information regarding delivery to Israel

Due to the end of hostilities and the resumption of air traffic in Israel, there has been a significant accumulation of international mail items arriving from various countries around the world.

The situation has been further complicated by national holidays, during which the Israel postal service was not operating.

Israel Post has announced that it will take approximately 7-10 days to fully resolve the situation regarding the processing and delivery of accumulated mail to recipients.

Please note! Ukrposhta has agreed that shipments arriving from Ukraine will be processed on a priority basis.
