Information for eBay sellers

Yesterday, the eBay team and Ukrposhta International Operations Director, Yulia Pavlenko, held talks on the situation in Ukraine.  The eBay team expressed their wish to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs selling on the platform.

Ebay has informed that as of 28.02.2022, all postal items from Ukrainian sellers are already protected from INR (item not received) and negative feedback from eBay buyers until 20 March 2022. More measures will be offered to protect Ukrainian sellers, and they will be announced soon.

At the moment, Ukrposhta is also in dialogue with the coordinators from Wish and Joom regarding specific steps to support our sellers.
