Information for eBay sellers

Some days before, eBay has informed that as of 28.02.2022, all postal items from Ukrainian sellers are already protected from INR (item not received) and negative feedback from eBay buyers until 20 March 2022. More measures will be offered to protect Ukrainian sellers, and they will be announced soon.

Global eBay included several organizations into eBay matching gifts program, which means that the company will double any donation up to 10000 USD from employees. Also there are several global funds that support Ukraine right now are offered at the checkout in core eBay markets as UK, USA, Australia.

At the moment, Ukrposhta is also in dialogue with the coordinators from Wish regarding specific steps to support our sellers.
