Israel – Delays in handling of shipments due to visit by the US President

The designated operator of Israel, Israel Postal Company, informs  that, owing to a visit to Israel by the President of the United States from 13 to 15 July 2022, activities at the airport and cargo terminals will be restricted, and there will be sporadic road closures.

As a result of these restrictions, which may also prevent postal staff from reaching their place of work, Israel Postal Company is expecting delays in the release, transfer and handling of shipments, as well as in the last-mile delivery of items, until the end of the week.
