Poland – heavy rains

Since September 14, 2014, heavy rains have fallen in the southwestern part of Poland, leading to local torrential floods.

The Polish government has declared a state of natural disaster. Collection, transportation and delivery operations were affected in many regions due to blocked roads, destroyed bridges and the absence of Polish Post employees at the workplace.

The most affected postal codes at the moment are 43XXX, 47XXX, 48XXX, 57XXX, 58XXX and 59XXX.
