On 8 January 2024, the designated operator of Thailand, Thailand Post, has informed that all postal operations have returned to normal.

The designated operator of Thailand, Thailand Post, has informed that, owing to torrential rains in southern Thailand, severe flooding has submerged roads and railways, forced schools to close, and left some residents trapped in their homes. 

Consequently, blockages in road networks are causing delays in the transport and delivery of postal items (letter post, EMS and parcels) to addressees. The affected postcode areas are as follows: 90XXX, 91XXX, 94XXX, 95XXX and 96XXX.
