Dear Customers,

Despite the fact that Kyiv and Kyiv Region have entered the red epidemiological zone, Ukrposhta will continue processing export and import mail as quickly as possible.

Key airline partners (Ukrposhta has current contracts with 14 operational airlines) have confirmed that they will continue transporting mail from Ukraine as a matter of priority.Ukrposhta maintains its charter program in partnership with Windrose Airlines, but as one of the aircraft carrying postal items to the United States has to undergo maintenance, direct flights will be operated once a week until 10th November.

Small packets marked “Express” and oversized EMS items will be loaded on the direct flight on a first-priority basis. Other postal items to the United States will be sent by available passenger flights. After the completion of the technical procedures, Windrose Airlines will resume the schedule of two flights per week.

Due to mentioned reason some delay in delivery of postal items  sent to  USA from Ukraine are possible.
