Türkiye – Back to normal

The designated operator of Türkiye, Turkish PTT Corporation, has informed that the situation has returned to normal, and all postal operations in the southern and south-eastern regions of the country have resumed.

However, delivery of letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items is still not possible in the affected areas in the event that premises of addresses given for delivery are destroyed/damaged, or if the recipients have left the address as a result of the earthquakes. Undeliverable items will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable provisions in the UPU Acts.
