The designated operator of the United Arab Emirates, Emirates Post Group, wishes to inform that the disruption to postal services caused by severe weather conditions has now been resolved.

The designated operator of the United Arab Emirates, Emirates Post Group, wishes to inform that severe weather conditions have been affecting postal services since 16 April 2024.

As safety is the primary concern, the collection and delivery of all inbound and outbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) are disrupted across all cities in the United Arab Emirates.

The Emirates Post Group thanks all partners and customers for their understanding, and will provide updates as the situation evolves.
