United Kingdom – Update on disruption following cyber incident
Update 06.02.2024:
The designated operator of the United Kingdom, Royal Mail, would like to advise that the disruption resulting from the cyberattack in January 2023 has now been largely resolved, and that services and communications returned to normal on 22 November 2023.

Further to its previous messages, the designated operator of the United Kingdom, Royal Mail, wishes to provide an update on its dispatching arrangements following the cyber incident.
Thanks to the introduction of export solutions, Royal Mail can confirm the resumption of all of its international tracked and signed and international signed services, and a partial resumption of international untracked volumes to many destinations for business account customers and customers buying postage online. This includes parcels, large letters and letters.
Royal Mail has also implemented a special cloud solution, which will enable it to gradually resume dispatching all products to all destinations.
